CS Techonology Pvt. Ltd.. has several types to payment receiving method. (a). Bank Transfer, (b). Online Payment (debit / credit card, Net Banking etc.) (c). NEFT / Fund Transfer (e). Cheque

(1). In case of cheque payment, we are unable to start the order processing until cheque is not clear by bank.

(2). We start order processing after 100% amount paid by customer in case of Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services.

(3). All payments are non-refundable, no any Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services will back if once sold.

(4). In case of dues payment, no any services or support will be provided by company. Company has right to stop all services & training and withdrawal of Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services & cancel license.

(5). If payment is not clear on time then we will be unable to provide any Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services support, error correction, bug solution, modification, design or etc, made or developed by company.

(6). If payment is not clear on time then all services of Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services and all the concern are immediately stop proceed for project cancellation. In this case no any payment refund.

(7). Invoice generates at the time of 100% payment clearance and it will send to your email id.

(8). All services, License, Product, Modification, design, error correction is paid or prepaid by customer to company.

(9). CS Techonology Pvt. Ltd.. has reserved the rights to change the terms & conditions, prices & charges (T.A. Services etc.) at any time without any prior notice.

(10). In case of payment done by Cheque, fund transfer, bank deposit, etc., client must ensure to inform to company and received cash receipt from company by customer (subject to realization).

(11). If domain is purchased by client he/she should be liable for the expiry.

(12). You will liable to pay all taxes, levies, duties as applicable.

(13). Downgrading the plan may cause the loss of content/ features/ capacity of your account. Company does not accept any liability for such loss.

(14). Once the Home Page is finalized you won’t manipulate the structure of the Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services.

(15). In case of cancellation/ termination/breach of agreement, none refund or credits for Website Products and Services, Software and Application Products, Software and Application Services or any service etc.

(16). In case of cancellation/ termination/ breach of agreement, company will not provide any support.

(17). We do not guarantee any specific position in search engine results for your website. We perform basic search engine optimization according to current best practice.

(18). The client must indemnify that company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors, suppliers etc will not be liable for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damage, and cost, including attorney's fees, resulting from the breach of the agreement and from activities of the client software.

(19). Payment is to be done on the due Calendar Date otherwise project will be suspended due to Delay Payment.

(20). One month of Non-Payment form the date of last payment & there is found no contact for the project proceeding will be terminated by the CS Techonology Pvt. Ltd.

(2). SMS credit will count on the basis of submission.

(3). If SMS submitted once, no credit will be refunded.
